I bought a chair here 8 years ago, and over the weekend a part failed, causing it to break. I went in looking for a replacement chair, and they were able to provide me with a new part to fix my old chair, which is the most comfortable chair I've ever owned.Amazing service, thank you!

Our company has been dealing with J&K Hopkins, Osborne Park, for more than 12 years and their service and commitment to customer care is exemplary!During the last few weeks, our admin department relocated to a new building. When asked to assess the desk requirements for one of the offices, Milan, from Osborne Park store, attended in person, within 15 minutes and had the required desk delivered on the same afternoon! Amazing! Thank you!

Third time customer for home office furniture. The desks here are pricey but in a world where you get what you pay for, you can't go wrong at JK Hopkins. The owners are lovely, the prices are set (so don't expect a discount) and delivery includes assembly for locally-made goods (imported flat packs cost extra).Very happy with everything we've purchased from the Canning Vale store. Would recommend these guys to anyone looking for quality office furniture.

Really uncomfortable experience with older salesman.I told the salesman I wanted to buy a new chair for work, the same chair my company had previously purchased. I was then told that I needed a chair with a wider seat and the chair my company purchased only with stood 100kgs and that I NEEDED a chair that could take up to 180kgs plus...MULTIPLE TIMES.Left without purchasing anything because I felt so uncomfortable. I have told my boss about the experience.
